I've used Surf Decals for a bunch of corporate work getting graphics on Webber boards, and also for one of my own sticks, and can vouch for his gear. The decal I have glassed into the nose of Misfit 6'3" has been there for a couple of years now and has never discoloured, faded or anything else (though it is black & white). If you've got any artistic nouse and just few spare bucks, it's well worth stylin' up your next stick. Any shaper can glass the decal in for you. Get on it.
