Vestal are about to release a new minimalistic watch called the DigiChord. All about aesthetics as opposed to function, but when you see the pic, you can see why it's pretty freakin' cool. With a super slim line look and sqaure face you could mistake it for a miniature macbook air that fits your wrist.

It offers the time and date and well ummmm, that's it actually. With a light button for the two separate displays (time and date) and small visual display areas you might almost get a lifetime out of one battery. Solar recharge would be a sweet option, after all there's plenty of room for a solar panel in there.

A lot cleaner conditions along the open beaches again this morning with a solid 4-6ft of ESE swell and light SSW winds. There are some thumping beach breaks early on high tide, but the points are still the best value on the dropping tide at Moffats, Pt Cartwright, Alex and Noosa with fun waves in all the Bays.
